Are all the items you sell new?
Yes, everything we sell is 100% brand new in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging. We are an authorized seller for all the products we carry and all products are covered by the manufacturer's complete warranty. We do not sell refurbished products, factory seconds, customer returned merchandise, or any open boxed item.
Do you ship for free?

What is your pricing policy, do you offer coupons, will you price-match?
At OverstockDeals we have over 500,000 items in stock and ready to ship to you. With this volume, and by consistently reviewing our pricing, we are able to provide our customers with the lowest price possible. At OverstockDeals we will always maintain an "Everyday Low Prices" approach. We don't want our customers to spend wasteless time hunting though our website looking for the latest coupon or gimmick. We don't offer any coupons. What we do is simply maintain the lowest price possible on all the items we carry. In the event a manufacturer lowers their price or offers a promotion, we'll immediately reduce our prices on those items to pass the savings on to you - our customer.

Will the manufacturer's warranty be honored?
OverstockDeals is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. That is why all products purchased at OverstockDeals are covered by the manufacturer's warranties. We encourage our customers to visit the manufacturer's websites to view the full manufacturer's warranty offered. We have made this process easy for our customers by providing a link in each of our detailed product listings to the manufacturer's warranty information.
Are your products in stock?
Yes, the vast majority of our 500,000+ items are in stock and ready to ship to you.
How long will it take to get my item?
With our vast distribution network, we can deliver UPS Ground to 75% of the U.S. within 2 Days! We typically ship the same day as the order is received and we have 5 distribution centers across the U.S. to better serve our customers. Your product will be shipped from the distribution center closest to your location which means UPS Ground delivery is closer to your door and your item will arrive sooner. Click Fast Shipping to learn more. Some products are too heavy or too large to be shipped UPS ground (such as bathtubs, cast iron sinks, etc.). These products will be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) by a freight carrier and should arrive within 5-15 days.

Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, simply enter your zip code and preferred delivery method when ordering to see the cost for the various express shipping options.
Will I be notified when my item is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. You may also click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
Will I be notified if an item I order is on backorder?
Yes, we will update our customer whenever we are notified by our distribution centers or our manufacturers that an item is on backorder. At any time our customers can click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of an order.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
No, unless we will be shipping to Colorado. OverstockDeals corporate headquarters are located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We are required to apply sales tax when shipping within the state of Colorado.
Can I place the order over the phone?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, money orders, and certified checks.
How do I create an account?
Click the My Account link at the top right side of our site, enter your email address and select "I am a new customer." Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. What can I do with my OverstockDeals account?

Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
In-Stock Orders
No, we are unable to cancel "In-Stock Orders". With 500,000+ items in stock located in multiple distribution centers across the U.S., we have a fully automated process to move inventory and to ship it to you fast. To support our high volume our shipping department works 18 hours a day, 6 days a week. Within minutes after an In-Stock Order is placed the shipping process has begun and it's impossible to change or cancel the order once an order is placed. An "In-Stock Order" is defined as any product or order that is available for shipment at the time an order is placed. If you don't want an order, refer to our Return Policy to find out how to return.
Special Orders
No, we are unable to cancel "Special Orders".
